Design your Ghost blog with me

I'm Ronald. I spent three years on the core engineering team at Ghost® Foundation, and recently I built PixelGlass, an AI agent that designs custom Ghost themes.

Now I'm building a portfolio for it. For the next month I'm taking on four people and designing their blog with them myself, for a fixed $999.

What you get

  • A Ghost theme designed around your publication rather than picked off a marketplace shelf.
  • Me doing the work with you. You tell me what you want, I build it, you tell me what's wrong, I fix it.
  • A standard Ghost theme at the end of it. Every file readable, installed on your site, yours to keep. It runs whether or not PixelGlass does.
  • Your posts, members, and newsletter left exactly as they are. This changes how the site looks, not what's in it.

How it works

  1. You take a spot and send me your site.
  2. We talk for half an hour about what you want it to feel like. A written brief works too if you'd rather not get on a call.
  3. I design and build it, and you watch it take shape.
  4. Two rounds of changes once it's standing up.
  5. I install it on your site when you're happy with it.

About two weeks from start to finish.

Why it's $999

Custom Ghost work usually starts around $2,000 and takes weeks. I can go faster because PixelGlass does the heavy lifting and I know all the ins and outs of Ghost.

The price is low because I need the portfolio more than I need the margin. In return I'd like to show your site as an example of what PixelGlass builds. If you'd rather I didn't, that's fine and the price is the same. I'd just rather ask than assume.

Who it suits

  • You publish on Ghost and the theme is getting in your way.
  • You have a clear view of how the site should look and no practical way to get there.
  • You'd rather talk to a person than dig through a settings panel.

It's the wrong thing to buy if you want a quick template swap. For that, use PixelGlass on your own from $49.99 and drive it yourself.
