## By hand, in the admin

1. As the owner, open **Billing** in the admin. On the trial it shows **Choose a plan**.
2. Choose **Yearly** or **Monthly**. A year costs ten months.
3. Press **Choose this plan** under the plan that fits. Stripe's checkout opens, and the plan starts once you pay.
4. To change it later, open your site's page on pixelglass.co and press **Change plan**, or **Cancel** to end it at the close of the period.
5. For a big month, press **Buy emails** on the same page: 10,000 emails for $5, kept until you use them.

## With your agent

- **A weekly letter, sized to its list.** A local news letter goes out weekly to 9,000 readers: about 45,000 emails a month. **Publisher covers it with room to grow.**
- **A quiet month, saved.** A columnist takes August off. The emails she did not send roll over and pay for her December special.
- **One big send.** A festival guide writes to its whole list once in June and buys a pack for the extra, instead of a bigger plan all year.

### What is the difference between the PixelGlass plans?

Only newsletter emails a month and storage. Every plan has every feature, with unlimited staff, subscribers and posts. The plans run from 10,000 to 1,000,000 emails a month.

### What happens to the newsletter emails I do not send?

On PixelGlass they roll over for 12 months, and the oldest are spent first. After them come the packs you bought, which never expire.

### What if a newsletter needs more emails than I have left?

PixelGlass refuses the send before it starts. Buy a pack of 10,000 emails for $5, or move to a bigger plan, and send it again.

### Does PixelGlass take a fee on what my readers pay?

No. PixelGlass takes no fee on what your readers pay you. You pay for the plan alone.

### Can my agent change my plan?

It gives you the address. Over the PixelGlass connector, billing_link opens Stripe on a plan change or a cancellation and buy_emails on a pack of emails; you confirm at Stripe.
