- How much does PixelGlass cost?
- Plans start at $9 a month. Billed yearly, they start at $15 a month. There are 7 plans, Solo, Personal, Publisher, Business, Scale, Media, and Network, and every plan has every feature: they differ only in newsletter emails a month and storage.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. A new site starts with 14 days free, and no card. Choose a plan before the trial ends to keep working in it.
- Is there a free plan?
- No. Every site is on a paid plan after its 14 free days, and every plan has every feature.
- Does PixelGlass take a cut of what my readers pay?
- No. PixelGlass takes a 0% platform fee on reader payments, on Stripe, Paystack and Dodo Payments. You pay your plan and your provider's own fees.
- Is there a limit on subscribers?
- No. Every plan has unlimited subscribers. A plan's number is what its emails cover: on Solo, 10,000 emails a month send a weekly newsletter to 2,000 subscribers. Send less often, and the same emails reach more people.
- Do I pay for each person on my team?
- No. Every plan has unlimited staff, and no limit on subscribers, posts or pages.
- What counts as a newsletter email?
- One newsletter sent to one reader is one email. Sign-in codes and other mail from the platform do not count.
- What happens to the emails I don't send?
- They roll over. Each month's emails are kept for 12 months, and the oldest are used first.
- What if I need more emails?
- Buy a pack: $5 for 10,000, up to 100 packs at a time. Packs never expire and are used after your plan's emails. Or move to a bigger plan, which gives its emails at once.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, from your account page, in Stripe's billing portal. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Moving down a plan keeps the emails you already have.
- Is a plan for one site?
- Yes. Each site has its own plan, so you can run two publications on two different plans.
- How much does a yearly plan save?
- 2 months free: a year costs 10 months. Personal is $180 a year instead of $216. Solo is billed monthly only.
