These terms are an agreement between you and Klementine Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States, which operates PixelGlass ("we", "us"). They cover pixelglass.co, the sites made on PixelGlass, their admin and their MCP server (together, "the service"). By creating an account or starting a trial you accept them. If you accept them for a business, you confirm you may bind it, and "you" means that business. Our Privacy Policy says how we handle personal data.

1. Your account

You must be at least 16, and old enough to make a contract where you live. Give us an email address you control: it is how you sign in. You are responsible for what happens in your account and on your sites, including what the staff you invite do, and for keeping your email account secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.

2. Plans, the trial and billing

3. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any site's subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next charge; the site keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for (or the end of the trial), then the subscription ends. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

Payments are not refundable, including for a partly used period, except where the law requires a refund.

4. Your content

What you and your staff put on PixelGlass — posts, pages, pictures, files, themes you make, your readers' data — stays yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, process, display and send it only as needed to run the service for you: to publish your site, send your newsletters, make backups, and show it to the people and agents you allow. The licence ends when your content is deleted.

You are responsible for your content, and you confirm you have the rights to publish it. We do not check content before it is published, but we may remove content that breaks these terms or the law (section 8).

5. Your readers

For your readers' personal data you are the controller, and we process it for you, only on your instructions and as our Privacy Policy describes. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, for telling your readers how you use it, and for sending newsletters only to people who agreed to receive them — following anti-spam and data protection laws such as CAN-SPAM, the GDPR and their equivalents where your readers live. Do not remove the unsubscribe link from your newsletters. If a law requires a separate data processing agreement with us, write to us and we will sign one on these terms.

6. Selling to your readers

Readers pay you through a payment provider you connect — Stripe, Paystack or Dodo Payments — under your own agreement with that provider. We take no fee on what your readers pay. You are the seller (or, with Dodo Payments, Dodo is the merchant of record) and responsible for what you sell, your prices, refunds to your readers, and the taxes on your sales. We are not a party to those sales.

7. AI agents and API keys

You may connect AI agents and other apps to your site through its MCP server, with an API key or by signing in. An agent acts as the person who connected it, with that person's role, and what it does is treated as done by that person. Keep keys secret and remove any you no longer use. The AI services you connect are third parties under their own terms. You are responsible for everything an agent does with your access, and we are not responsible for what it does or for what the AI service does with what it reads.

8. Content rules and acceptable use

You are responsible for everything published or sent from your sites — by you, your staff, your readers in comments, and any agent you connect. These rules apply to all of it.

No illegal content. Do not publish, store, sell or send anything that is illegal where you or your readers are, including:

No adult content. Do not publish, sell or send pornography or other sexually explicit material, or links whose main purpose is to lead to it.

No abuse. Do not use PixelGlass to:

What we do when the rules are broken. We decide whether content or conduct breaks these rules. If we decide it does, we may, at once and without notice: remove or hide the content, stop a site's newsletters, suspend a site or the whole account, or close it for good. A site or account suspended or closed for breaking these rules gets no refund for any period, used or not. We may report illegal content to the authorities, and keep what the law requires us to keep. Emails that bounce or are marked as spam too often hurt every customer's delivery, so we may also stop a site's sending while we look into it.

To report content on a site made with PixelGlass, write to ronald@pixelglass.co with its address.

9. What is ours

The service — its software, its bundled themes, its design and the PixelGlass name — is ours or our licensors'. You may use and change the bundled themes for your sites on PixelGlass. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

10. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end your account or a site if you break these terms, do not pay, put the service or others at risk, or if the law requires it. For a breach of the content rules in section 8 we may act at once and without notice; otherwise we give notice where we reasonably can. Suspension or closure for a breach of these terms is without refund. You may stop using PixelGlass at any time by cancelling your subscriptions.

When a subscription ends, its site may go offline. We keep its data for up to 30 days after, so a mistake can be undone, then delete it. Before then you can copy your content: every post has a Markdown version, and your agent can read your site through its MCP server. If you need a copy you cannot make yourself, write to us before the subscription ends. A site closed for breaking the content rules may be deleted at once, with no copy offered, except what the law requires us to keep.

Sections 4 (the licence, until deletion), 6, 9 and 11 to 15 survive the end of this agreement.

11. Our limited warranty

What we promise. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, secure and working as described on pixelglass.co, and to fix faults we learn of within a reasonable time. That is the only promise we make about the service.

Your only remedy. If the service does not do what this section promises, tell us at ronald@pixelglass.co. Our only duty is to make reasonable efforts to fix it; if we do not, your only remedy is to cancel your subscription.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of your content and your readers' data.

12. No liability

This includes, without limit, loss or damage from:

Some places do not allow some of these exclusions or limits. Where that is so, they apply only as far as the law of that place allows, and nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims by others, and the costs that follow, arising from your content, your sales to your readers, the email you send, or your breach of these terms.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Before going to court, write to us at ronald@pixelglass.co; most problems can be solved that way. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection the law of your country gives you that cannot be waived.

15. Changes and the rest

We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes; if a change matters, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept it; if you do not, cancel before then.

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service. If a part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part, we have not waived it. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it with the business. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We send notices to your account's email address; send yours to ronald@pixelglass.co.
